9. In this Division, “life income fund” has the meaning given to it by sections 18 and 19 of the Regulation respecting supplemental pension plans (chapter R-15.1, r. 6), and “locked-in retirement account” and “annuity contract” have the meaning given to them by sections 29 and 30 of that Regulation.
